The Hot Mess Clubhouse with Natasia Demetriou

Thu 14 March @ 6:30 pm

Introducing The Hot Mess Clubhouse, a new monthly event at Waterstones Gower Street, featuring different fantastically funny women.

Following its inaugural sold-out event, author and journalist Lucy Vine returns to the Clubhouse, for a conversation with the completely brilliant actor, comedian and screenwriterNatasia Demetriou.

Natasia plays the lead role of Sophie in Stath Lets Flats, a comedy about Britain’s worst letting agent, recently commissioned for a second series by Channel 4. She can soon be seen in a lead role, alongside Matt Berry, Beanie Feldstein and Kavyan Novak, in What We Do in the Shadows, a series about house-sharing vampires that will air on the BBC here and FX in the USA in the spring. The series is directed by Taika Waititi, adapting his cult hit movie for the small screen with Jermaine Clement writing. Natasia is also working on a BBC3 pilot with her comedy partner, Ellie White.

Join us for a conversation about feminism, friendship and f**k ups. Because there will also be wine and cupcakes.

Tickets are £10/8 (students/Waterstones cardholders) and include a glass of wine or soft drink
